What we collect

• Identity — your name, phone number and email when you sign up; date of birth and gender if you choose to add them.
• Booking — dates, hotel, guests, room type, payment information and stay history.
• Location — your approximate location only when you tap “Use my location” on the search bar.
• Device — IP address, browser, OS and device type to keep our services secure.

What we don't collect

• We do not collect or store your full card number — payment details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners.
• We do not track your location in the background.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your recent search, and measure how the site is used. You can clear cookies any time from your browser settings.

Your controls

• Edit your profile from the Profile page.
• Toggle marketing SMS / WhatsApp from Settings.
• Delete your account from Settings → Account, or email Oxyhotels@gmail.com.
